  • ½ teaspoon white pepper

For the Subgum Additions (Vegetables & Proteins):

  • ½ pound boneless chicken breast or thighs thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • ½ cup bok choy or napa cabbage chopped
  • ½ cup snow peas
  • 1 small carrot julienned
  • 2 green onions chopped (for garnish)

Step 2: Assemble the Wontons

  • 5️⃣ Dip your finger in water and wet the edges of the wrapper.
  • 6️⃣ Fold into a triangle and press edges to seal.
  • 7️⃣ Bring the two bottom corners together and pinch them.
  • 8️⃣ Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Step 3: Prepare the Broth
